My name’s Jess, self-taught artist based in Wellington, New Zealand, welcome to my little space of colour and creativity!
Since I was wee lass I’ve always felt captivated by the interplay of colour, form and getting lost in hours and hours of expressing my creativity through painting. I’ve carried this passion through life by studying toward a Degree in Design for Social Innovation to immerse myself in the arts and design field even further, as well as exploring in Cultural Anthropology to understand the way people interact with art which so deeply embedded into human nature.
My work is a mix of unique, vibrant and expressive art to bring colour into your home, workspace, classroom, or anywhere. I like to understand the trends of colour and patterns, and apply this to my work. Through the medium of acrylic on canvas, I aim to compose art that arrest the eye with meaningful imagery and colour.
